This company is the real deal! My advice is that you don't wast your time going to anyone else for quality Gym equipment! From the moment I called Gym Source I knew I was going to be an extremely satisfied customer . The salesman David Siegel was extremely courteous, knows his products well, and was prepared to answer all of my questions. I called him on a Friday night and had my machine delivered and installed within just a few days! The delivery team led by Angel was also outstanding! They arrived promptly on schedule, were careful with the delivery, and had the machine set up in no time. Angel was very familiar with the Octane 37xi and was singing its praises the entire time his was here. He also was promoting Gym Source as a top rate gym equipment company, and I have to agree with him! If you're in the market for any sort of home gym equipment this is the place to go. My wife and i drove 40 minutes from PA to come here and we're glad we did. We ended up buying a True treadmill from David who did an awesome job showing us a couple of models to choose from. There was no hard sell. He respected our space and when the time came to do the deal it was seamless and easy and the delivery guys were professional, showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. I stopped into Gym Source for a spin bike based on the Google reviews and they did not disappoint. The sales associate, Dave, who happens to be a biker, and terrifically nice, spent a ton of time with me to explain my options and recommend a bike that was a good fit for me. I wasn’t ready to buy that day but felt no pressure to rush things. When I returned a few weeks later, Dave wasn’t there but the manager was and he was just as nice. I ordered the bike, which happened to be on sale. Delivery was on the day I chose and within the window they gave me by email two days before. The only issue was the bike was delivered without the manual, but Dave followed up with me via email and sent me a PFD copy. Although I think we all need to do some homework before buying large pieces of fitness equipment, the guys at Gym Source were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Kudos. More...

Gym source is a great place to buy exercise equipment. The staff are extremely friendly. My wife and I walked in there in sweat pants one day after work and we were treated with white glove service. They helped us identify our specific needs and find a product that worked perfectly for us. It was delivered on time and with no issues. I would absolutely recommend friends and family to shop there. We bought something online which ended horribly and had to return it because it arrived broken.

Excellent service. Dave is very knowledgeable and thorough. Giving honest and useful advice. We walked in. Assisted immediately. Within an hour our equipment was purchased, financing arranged and delivery dates set up. The team who delivered the equipment were very professional. Worked with David Siegel, not only was David helpful, but he was a blast to work with! We actually had a lot of fun! The Precor elliptical that I was reviewing at the time was a commercial grade product that was not in the stores! David went above and beyond to get me information on the product! He even made the regional Precor rep called me to go over the product!

The installation was done professionally and at the time scheduled! They left the area clean and double checked all their work!

From the moment we entered the store we had a great experience. We had been looking for a replacement treadmill. There was a great selection to choose from. We spoke with David and he evaluated our needs and goals. He guided us to a display model (True TM 100), we tried it out and liked it. He then said there is a less expensive model of the treadmill (TM-50), that would be perfect for our needs. We made the purchase, It was delivered last week. The delivery and setup was perfect.
