Located in Southern Wisconsin, Twisted Radish began as a passion project for Owner & Creative Director Beau Williams. It quickly grew into a full-time business, offering beautifully styled pop-up picnics, on-site catering for events, as well as delicious grazing platters and tables.

Gristle Catering gets 5 stars from my husband and me! Nicki and her staff went above and beyond for our wedding day and our guests are still telling us how much they loved the food! The charcuterie boards we had for apps were beautiful and even had edible flowers which were a hit with the kids. Nicki and her staff made everything very easy for us and we had nothing to worry about on the day of. An added bonus, you can donate your leftovers to a charity of your choice. So I first saw Gristle at Concerts on the Square in Madison and decided to give them a try... it was amazing! The BBQ pulled pork sandwich was very flavorful, and their pulled pork nachos had just the perfect amount of heat! I also tried their mac & cheese and was definitely sold on this new caterer. I couldn't have picked a better caterer for my luncheon. First and foremost, Gristle’s food is mouthwatering and truly delicious. The food tables were irresistible to look at and once my guests began to taste the food, they were amazed. We absolutely loved working with Gristle Catering for our family event. Many of our guests commented on the tenderness of the Charcoal Rotisserie Chicken. What’s your signature dish?
Using local farmers, Twisted Radish does slow-roasted BBQ pulled pork and charcoal-rotisserie chicken like no one else. Our pork is roasted in Twisted Radish's earth oven for 14 hours + all the love we do to it, so when it hits your plate, it's falling apart. Our whole chickens are charcoal roasted in an earth oven and is the juiciest white meat you’ll eat all year.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We start with a simple conversation about what you want. Some of our most-asked questions are, “What kind of foods do you like to eat when you go out?” Or “What is one food item you absolutely cannot live without?” And then we make it a reality. We want every single one of your guests to feel like this menu was curated just for them.

Our mobile bar service is ideal for everything from weddings and private parties to festivals and business events, with the same approach to our drinks as our food — it’s all about you! We offer a wide variety of premium spirits, craft beers, wine and champagne; and, if there is any particular drink you or one of your guests love, just let us know and we’ll make sure it’s there on the day! Our mixologists can even create a bespoke cocktail or tasting menu, just for your event.
