I personally did not deal with Greg, whose picture is on here for Signature real estate, my realtor was Michael Toronto and the owners Terri and Gary of Signature real estate were also involved, these guys are AMAZING! ! We were so fortunate to have found and worked with such a great team, As our Realtor, Michael helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we searched for our new home and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.In short, Michael and the Signature team were always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with them was that they were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than they were on closing a deal. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Michael and their team have been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was.
