We can not say enough kinds words about Genna. She was amazing to deal with and was able to make a wet rainy day in New Orleans a photo shoot to remember. She was so kind and patient that both my fiance and I felt at ease right away. We went to New Orleans to celebrate being newly engaged, and wanted to get photos to remember that. We found Genna online, and she was wonderful from the moment I contacted her. She responded to me promptly not only while scheduling, but even after while ordering my photos, and was so flexible. Since we weren't familiar with the city, Genna made it so easy on us. She suggested great locations, and then just walked us around comfortably chatting while getting great shots. She focused completely on us, which is hard to do when shooting in the middle of the French Quarter as cars go by and people stare. I was so thrilled with our photos, that it took me weeks to pick which ones I wanted. Genna was so patient and kind during throughout the whole experience. I would suggest her to anyone. Genna was great! My fiancé (whom I haven't seen since we got engaged 6 months prior) is in the military and was living in Mississippi at the time. I drove from Boston to meet him before starting our move to the west coast and had a very strict window of time available to take engagement photos. Genna was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Seeing that this was our first time in New Orleans- she made great recommendations on where to take our photos and was so welcoming to our ideas as well! Time was of the essence and we really only needed one or two photos to use for save the dates but I honestly had trouble picking the one we liked best. I couldn't have asked for a better deal either!
