I'm was really disappointed at first with my experience to be honest. I started this process at the beginning of march. My 90 days should have been June 8th. I submitted additional support documents one week after my first visit. The department of health just contacted me for my card. However despite calling every week since the end of may and being told my doctor was being flagged to review my documents he has still yet to look at them to even schedule my next appointment. I have given 2 stars simply because the office was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Update: Today I went in for my next appointment and not only witnessed the staff going above and beyond for at least 3 other patients not including myself. Not only did they show true concern for what happened to me it seemed as if to try and prevent it from happening to others. Everyone today took their time to explain things and go the extra mile despite the tremendous growth seen. It was nice to feel heard and cared about. I'm upping my rating. As today was such a positive experience. More...
