My food my was amazingly delicious. The service was amazing as well. I didn’t mind the wait because everything was cooked fresh Portion size was to much to eat in one sitting I’m definitely not complaining about it I will be a returning customer and recommending people as well ????

My daughter brought me a vegan DELIGHT yesterday. I inhaled it before thinking about pictures because it smelled so good.. .but BAAAYYYYBYYYY, let me tell you...the vegan Impossible Alfredo was the best thing I've EVER tasted. including regular, buttery, cheesy alfredo...and the vegan egg rolls ???????? The food was bland and cold and I really expected more after waiting 2-3 hours after being told it would only be 30-45 minutes. The music is insanely loud and literally could not hear a single word the cashier was saying. Not to mention they put their giant speaker in the entrance do you have to step around or over it just to get in. Like I get it, music is great for restaurants but it's not a night club. Extremely unprofessional. Poor quality food. And way too expensive for how bland and cold is it. Just not worth it More...

I placed my online order at approximately 6:45PM and was told by a worker that it would take 40-45 mins to process my order. I said that was fine and I would see them at 7:30. I arrived shortly after at 7:25, but I didn’t get my order until 8:20... I waited almost two hours and the cook made my order wrong ????I would’ve went back and asked them to fix it, but I didn’t wanna wait another crazy amount of time. I was so excited to try Great Plates. Even with a one hour wait, I didn’t care, I was having them for dinner. I got my plate and I was so disappointed. I got the fired lobster with shrimp. It was the smallest tail I’ve ever seen and I got no shrimp because they said I didn’t order it. Once I opened the tail, I got maybe three bites of lobster meat. The music in the restaurant was so loud I couldn’t hear the reception, if she said something, and she surely couldn’t hear me. I expressed my disconnect with the food and she just stared at me. I just ordered an order through Uber Eats. I ordered the buffalo chicken mac and buffalo chicken egg rolls. I received the mac and cheese but I don’t think what I received was buffalo eggrolls- they tasted and looked more like they were BBQ. Now, whatever I just ate was delicious- it just wasn’t what I wanted. Also, if the owner sees this, the menu on Uber Eats lists that the eggrolls come with french fries, but my order did not come with any. If fries are in fact extra, you may want to fix that. So, after some people in a foodie group recommended this place I decided to try it. I wanted to like it, because I followed them on Instagram and all and the food pics look good. But when I went there today, I was sooooooo disappointed! First... we ordered ... no problem. We ordered 20 Wings, the shrimp and conch combo, and seafood rice. All of it was yuck. Not to mention the wait time was atrocious! We were told 30 min wait. We went back after 30 mins to be told 5 of our 20 wings wasn’t ready. So we assumed it wouldn’t take long to make 5 wings. Boy was I wrong. It took an additional 40 mins in 5 wings. I checked out food the 5 wings were hot - the rest was cold. The seafood rice was unappetizing and bland. The wings were salty and cold and inedible for my daughter. So that was a huge waste of time. Please work on your menu and customer service. I will never come back More...

The food is amazing. Never disappointed. The wait is semi long which is to be expected since EVERY order is cooked fresh. Sunday my order got mixed up and so did someone else . But I already knew. It’s the restaurant business. Wendy’s and McDonald’s do it all the time. My order was corrected and it was fresh. Them Forty Drip Egg Rolls ???????????? I ate here twice first Time I got wings they was ok no complaints about the food but the service sucked and the wait time was very long, now the second visit was horrible I waited 40 mins for a shrimp boil it was missing my sausage and very bland I had to wait about 7 more mins for my sausage it was under cooked I was very upset, I'm sorry but this restuarant isn't all that good

I enjoyed my meal at Great Plates so much! I went there with my two children and the first few items we wanted were sold out. But I had been following posts and reviews and I knew that this sometimes happened due to high demand so we kept trying until we got something. We ordered the garlic Parmesan fried shrimp, fries, Mac and cheese, and shrimp/crab Alfredo pasta. OMG I was waiting for my mama to walk out the kitchen because I just knew somebody’s mama was back there cooking! The food was soooooo good. I was also impressed by the service. We obviously were new and had lots of questions but they were patient with me and my children. Even when my daughter didn’t get all of her order, they quickly and nicely corrected it and brought it to us. The food was so good and flavorful! It is worth the wait because it tasted fresh, was hot, and did I say delicious!!! Oh and the playlist while we waited was on point! So I’ve always loved their food and the owner has a dope personality but the strawberry shortcake pound cake. When I say it’s the best thing I’ve ever had my boyfriend and I demolished it in an embarrassing amount of time! Highly recommend ❤️
