What do you love most about your job?
Walking the journey with my clients and watching them shift and transform to achieve their own successes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an entrepreneur for many years and believe that entrepreneurship can solve a number of issues. Having coached in South Africa for 6 years, and trained 40+ other coaches to do the same, I decided that I would go on my own when I moved to the US and expanded Gray coaching from strictly working with entrepreneurs to working with other coaches on building their businesses, CEO's as an executive coach and leadership coaching.

I am an internationally certified coach who has been in this arena since 2013. I have personal experience as an entrepreneur in successful and failed businesses and have been a business leader in a few organizations along the way. I am driven by passion and empathy and a desire to help solve some of the toughest problems.

My client base is international, as such, the majority of coaching takes place over Zoom, Skype, Google Meet.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All coaching was shifted to remote coaching at the very start of Covid-19 to keep everyone safe. It will remain this way for the foreseeable future.
1:1 Coaching
This is the most traditional coaching service. We have one to one, for long coaching sessions focussed on a predetermined outcome. These are held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Leadership Coaching
Working with leaders to develop their skills, help with goal setting and OKR's and supports through tough decision making processes
Coach the Coach
Working with coaches to help you build your coaching practice, create new coaching techniques and methodologies and new solutions to help unlock clients
Productivity Workshop
The Art of Getting The RIGHT SH!T Done is a workshop focused on increasing productivity, giving you the time, resources and energy to do more of what you want.
This workshop is great for groups and companies
