I had difficulty finding a 10x20 canopy for a graduation party in June and found Grand Rental by chance. I was thrilled they had one, and that it was affordable at $136 (way cheaper than the other place I called)!  The person I spoke with was extremely friendly and patient with my questions. I had no problem picking up the canopy and loading it in my 4-Runner with their help. While set up wasn't quite as easy as I thought (directions a bit confusing and poles not as clearly color coded as expected) it was up and sturdy within an hour with 2 people assembling. Donnie, Kelvin and Brendan did a great job putting up the tent as well as taking it down. They were very pleasant and professional as they did their job. Our wedding is through Crown Valley Winery, and our event coordinator goes through this company for the rentals. We were easily able to add on a gazebo and they offered great suggestions on lighting as well. They are delivering everything and picking it back up, making it so easy and pain free for us. Would definitely work with them again! I wish I got the employee's name that I talked to (we ordered everything over the phone), because she was so nice and gave great suggestions! More...

Grand rental/ party plus was very flexible with our rental. We didn't decide until 2 weeks before to get a tent and they were able to provide us the service. However, when it came to setting up, they told me the tent would be about 3 feet from the entrance. We were afraid it might rain and wanted a covered seating area for guests outside. We also wanted it close to the entrance so if it rained guests could go in and out with minimal exposure to the rain. It's always been my dream to have my wedding reception in my parents backyard. Grand Rental made that dream come true! We rented a 120 x 40 foot tent. The staff at Grand Rental did awesome prework to help us figure out how the tent would be laid out with enough tables and chairs for our 250 guests. When it came time to set up the tent, it was delievered early and went up within 3 hours. The set up staff was friendly and accomdating when we needed tweaking. Grand Rental visited the site before out event to make sure the tent was still in perfect condition with the extremely heat we had the week of the wedding. This place has it all! Our neighborhood held a picnic and we needed a tent, tables and chairs. When I called to place my order, the agent was very helpful and asked great questions to make sure I was getting what I needed. She offered delivery, set up and to pick up after the event. (We set up ourselves)I picked up my order at their warehouse and was blown away at how much they they had! All sizes of tables, chairs, linens and glasses.  Everything was clean, organized and well maintained.I haves up my truck and the warehouse staff helped load my truck and double checked that I had everything I needed. Not only did they give me written instructions for assembling the tent but they talked me through it and pointed out the most important steps. They even gave me their phone number and told me to call with any questions.The event went well, thanks in part to Grand Rental Station. I found out that they also have popcorn machines, fans, lighting, silverware, snowcone makers, coffee makers. There's no need to go anywhere else.I can't wait to have another party! More...
