I found Grand Gestures through my venue and was SO thrilled when I did. I reached out to Lacy and she was the most accommodating vendor I have ever worked with. I was late to the game in renting the LOVE letters but my heart was set on them as I knew they would pull the decor and venue together. Lacy worked with me to be sure that I would be able to rent them even without being able to set them up. I honestly think any couple in Colorado looking to rent the 4ft large LED light up letters should go with Grand Gestures! Support local and get the best customer service you could ask for. We had the opportunity to rent/use the number 16 from GG for my daughter's sweet 16 and (while at first I wasn't to interested (my wife was)) I must say it was worth every penny! The numbers stood tall and were certainly a center piece at the venue! Lacy was extremely pleasant to deal with and made sure we were able to arrange meeting and drop of times that worked for both parties. They often offer delivery (depending on date/time) and I would HIGHLY recommend that. While we handled them ourselves, these pieces are large and a tad heavy, having them set up and delivered is worth every penny and is surely the route I will go next time if it's available! More...

When our church celebrated out 25th Anniversary, we planned a 5 day event and wanted to set up the lobby in a fun and grand way! I found Grand Gestures online and reached out. They were quick to respond and we quickly decided to hire them. They delivered the numbers to us when I asked, set everything up in a safe way, even taped down the chord to the floor. She gave me instructions and gave additional lights in the case that one went out (which never happened). We had the numbers for 6 days and was super impressed with the quality of what we received. Lacy runs a great company! I was so impressed with Lacy, owner of Grand Gestures. I called her on a weekend night to get info on her marquees and left a message. She called back within15 minutes to let me know she got my message but was in the middle of setting up for a wedding and would call back when she was done.
