We had Manna out on Saturday night for our annual Halloween party.It poured rain non stop the entire time. Our party is out side,Manna killed it, from their grilled cheese to their beef brisket on a hoagie,and damn those funnel cake fries were amazing,The ladies who worked it were polite and fast, I only wish it would have been busier,Thanks Manna amazing job

I got to try this at the last Beerfest. I love this truck as it has a great mission behind it. This food truck uses the profits from its sales to help feed those who are food insecure. There is also a program that they work with LMM to teach homeless to cook. The food itself was delightful and had a great deal of changes. The tater tots were perfectly crispy. The warm crunchy bacon / egg/ scallion/ and steamy tater tot wrap goodness provided all the sunshine I needed on this foggy and cool spring Cleveland Flea. Matt Barnes catered our party last night and everything was amazing! The risotto balls were sooo delicious, the beef tenderloin in the little sandwiches was perfectly cooked, the pulled pork was great, the antipasti was beautiful and fabulous, the flatbread was perfect and the lobster rolls. ..the lobster rolls were the best!!! Matt and Stacy were so fun and available...we wanted for nothing! They even handled the dog stealing a sandwich and the kitty supervising their work from the counter with grace and humor! Your food is so amazing it made all 3 of our cats gather in front of me and beg for me to share with them!!! It takes a lot for all 3 of them to want some of my food. So that is the best compliment you could get! I personally loved the chicken rice bowl as well!!! The ingredients are so fresh and everything tastes amazing!!! Love the cilantro lime dressing!!! The quinoa is perfectly prepared...not too dry, not too moist. The tots were amazing as well!!! Literally could eat those all day! Definitely will be back!!! I had the Greek chicken wrap and I thought it was quite good. The feta paired nicely with the chicken, onions, and lettuce inside. Everything we have had has been AMAZING!!!! Yesterday we had the Grilled Cheese! Yum...my little one devoured it. One of the best Grilled Cheese we have ever had.

What’s your signature dish?
We don't have 1 signature dish but we love to just make great tasting food!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First, we like to get to know a new customer and get details about the event so we can tailor our suggestions to best meet their needs. We will work through what the customer's absolute must haves and must nots. After gathering the necessary information we'll make suggestions and then continue to process with the client.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to take the weight of their event off of there plate so they can enjoy their guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent my childhood in the kitchen with my mom and grandmother. That's where I developed my love of cooking. The rest is history.

We are easy to work with. We create an experience and not just an event.
