My server Trish was absolutely outstanding. Her suggestions for my lunch were on point. She even knew what wines to pair with me dishes! If you go, which you should, definitely try the baked Mac and cheese. Unreal! Best restaurant we ate at while in Charleston! Good service, good drinks, great entrees. Beautiful original local art on the brick walls. I had the fried chicken with collards, macaroni & cheese, and hushpuppies. The meal was well worth the slightly higher price. My husband had a seafood pasta that was outstanding. Family of four showed up at 8pm and were hungry. Virginia’s did not disappoint. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. We had purlue, shrimp n fish, shrimp n grits and the fried chicken. All were great but the purlue was the best for my taste as it was very flavorful. There was plenty of food and no one left hungry.
