Good service to use if you need transportation in the Phoenix/Tucson area. Very professional. Before the trip even began, Chris called and personally spoke to me and let me know what to expect when I was picked up at the airport. Let me know I could text the number I was given if there was a change in my flight number or time. Picked up my bags for me and let me out right in front of the hotel. When it was time to leave, picked me up from the hotel at the time requested and I was at the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight. Goldstar’s CHRIS proves “gentlemen” are not a thing of the past!I am 68 years old and have a wonderful companion, my Service Dog “Cody”. Many times businesses are conveniently BOOKED, as soon as I mention my service dog. Not once did Chris hesitate to help me with reservations,and he even complimented Cody on his good manners.I take a small blanket to cover the back seat and Cody remains in one place. The greatest service possible! Chris arrived a bit early as we had to pack 3 people, 1 dog, 1 travel kennel and 9 pieces of large luggage for journey from Tucson to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport with a stop on the way to drop our dog off at the cargo office. Couldn't fault anything and Chris made the whole trip whizz by because of great conversation and also allowed us to stop for our dog to have a bathroom break. Absolutely great service. Chris is very professional and I always have a great time chatting with him. He is always on time or a few minutes early and will make sure you are where you need to be on time. I have been using his services for a while now to get me to and from the airport among other places and have never been close to disappointed.Moving from the North East I was appalled at how bad the taxi drivers (Discount Cab ahem) were in the Tucson area. I had someone come 45 minutes late and they texted the entire drive and got us lost a the end. You will never have to worry about that with Chris and I will be using Goldstar Town Car as long as I live in the area. I needed to get my daughter and son-in-law from their wedding venue to their hotel which was a half mile away. I called GoldStar (on a holiday) and explained what I wanted and that I only needed them for an hour. Chris the owner was so friendly and nice and understood exactly what I wanted. He picked them up at the venue after the reception and drove them around Tucson for an hour so that they could unwind and just be with each other. Chris had arranged a special route, had music playing, and wine glasses ready and everything was very soothing and wonderful. This is the way to go if you are tired of the "Tour of Tucson" you get with the shuttle bus service! EASY RESERVATION AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICEWhen we first contacted Goldstar about Tucson transportation, we received a quick response and made our reservation with ease. The four of us (2 adults & 2 children) arrived the day after Christmas for a week's stay at the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain Resort. Perfect wedding transportation service!!! My son was married on the 17th of November 2012 in Oro Valley, AZ. Goldstar worked with me coordinating cars, times and passengers which we had several changes at the last minute. Pleasant, resourceful, and accommodating the team was very flexible and they were always waiting for us. The Goldstar team transported the groom, groom's men first, then the Bride and her mother, Bridesmaids in the next car. My daughter's friend and I in the next car.
