I came today with my two cousins to this gym and Aaron Velasquez was F amazing! This guy literally took his time to give us a whole tour of the gym and even showed us some exercises already, he was humble and definitely professional answering all our questions! I have been a member of this gym from day 1 and the reason I have stayed in this gym is the great cycling studio they have - by far, the best in the area. The gym has gone through ups and downs with management that made a dent in what their great facilities have to offer. I have stayed the course and the owners genuinely care about their members and listen. I can say with certainty that the past year has been phenomenal at the gym, the management is finally meeting the expectations of the members. It is a boutique gym with great members and a very positive vibe. They have a good variety of group classes with top notch instructors. I am a fan of cycling classes - and their studio is the best in the area, the class offerings are growing with the growing demands for cycling classes. Now with the new management experience is getting better, I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I’m starting to see a positive change. If this continues I’ll definitely continue being a member, staff is super friendly and always willing to help, and support you whenever you need help. They also provide guidance with how to do an exercise if you request it; so far can’t complain. Love love love this gym! Since 2015 I have been on a journey of betterment. After trying several gyms I finally found one I love. The staff and trainers are genuinely invested in you and your success! They are always around and willing to help. The classes are the best too.
