I got the Fresh Strawberry cake for my husband's birthday which is in June. He doesn't like super rich dessert and this was the perfect summer cake, it was so light and fresh. You could eat a LOT of this and not feel like you're going to drop into a sugar coma like with regular desserts. Does anyone know if this is gluten free? The consistency reminds me of almond flour, I am gluten intolerant and ate a slice of this and didn't have a reaction. Quality baked goods and their prices are super reasonable. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! This is my first yelp review, but I felt compelled to write this after my experience there this morning. The Mother's Day cake I had just purchased shifted around in my car, and the writing and icing was essentially ruined (completely my fault). When I called to ask if they'd be willing to try to make it look even just a *little* bit better, the lady just said "ABSOLUTELY!" By the time I got back there, the line was to the door. (It's Mother's Day, after all). Despite how swamped they were, Gina willingly, and CHEERFULLY took my cake in the back, and they made it look brand new! And then she refused to let me tip. This is why we have the strawberry cake emoji I think :) I don't know this is the first time after being a Cbus native trying this cake. But what's wrong with people?! Everyone should be going here. The owner was amazing and kind and even if the cake was mediocre I would go back just for her service and kindness. But don't be fooled the cake is magical it's a yellow cake layered between strawberry's and cream and more cream but I think the thing I love about the cake it's the no so super sweet flavor. It's more naturally sweet from the strawberry's which made it perfect. Its then topped with cream fresh strawberries and kiwi. My moms bday will never be the same we all talked about this cake for 30 mins after devouring it .
