Had GodspeedBBQ cater our family gathering on Saturday. I put my faith in the reviews and served it to our family untested! If I heard it once I heard it 20 times that this was the best BBQ they had ever had. The families were from Kansas City and Austin. Turkey was juicy with a little kick, mac and cheese was gobbled up, and one guest complained that he couldn’t stab the brisket to pick it up with his fork because It kept falling apart! Oops. #Godspeed bbq Should have taken the photo BEFORE. It looks like bbq ... until you taste it. Its AMAZING. So much flavor in everything. A teeny bit of heat in the corn. Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. Beans....so good my husband poured them over bread so he wouldnt miss any of the delicious juice. The meat was moist and tender. Not much left.
