I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and race enthusiast. I specialize in endurance and bodyweight training so my programs are great for anyone interested in 5k, 10k, half marathon or home based workouts. I am very engaged with my virtual and face to face clients.

I start out each program by going over goals and getting a clear understanding of where my client is now and where they want to be. We work together throughout training to ensure they are giving their all in each workout, enjoying the plans I am creating, and of course seeing results along the way. Each journey is different and I create plans based on the needs and interests of my clients.

Hard work, determination and commitment. Nothing comes easy for anyone and it takes a strong will to get there. It will be challenging. It may not be the most fun use of your time but you are doing it for a reason. Inconsistency, with exercise AND nutrition, is a major cause of set backs and plateaus so every client needs to assess their level of commitment and maintain consistency to the end! Even after you make it there you still need the same level of all three to maintain your results.

I have always been one to love helping others. Seeing my clients face light up when they start seeing progress, especially those non-scale victories is what it's all about!

When covid started to hit, many people's lives seemed to come to an abrupt stop! With many gyms closed, there is a high need for more trainers to step up and help keep people fit.

Clients should choose me if they are looking for someone that will be there to motivate them on the low days, give them an extra push and receive the services they are looking for without any added stress to their schedules. I am always professional and I will do what it takes to help my clients reach their goals.

Yes, most of my clients train with me online. I have multiple supports in place to ensure you remain successful. Any local clients are welcome to request in person sessions depending on location.

Services

I have a 3 tiered system of programming available based on your preference of supports needed to ensure you cross that finish line to your goals. All clients will receive an initial baseline (and end of program) fitness assessment, my personalized SMART start goal planning, custom workout programming provided through my fitness app for tracking and individual workout demos, nutritional guidance, weekly app check ins and access to my Facebook support group for additional resources and motivation.
