Helping people bring their vision of the event to life. My favorite thing is to see a client having a blast and receiving tons of compliments on an event well done. When we are doing the job the day of the event should really be seamless and enjoyable for the client. When they feel like one of the guests it makes my heart smile.

I have always had a passion for entertaining since I was a kid. I love creating special moments at events, I do this all the time in my personal life. Like many people my path led me down the road of a very lucrative but stressful job in Banking and Finance. I spent over 20+ years amassing skills that I currently use in my business today. Organization, contract negotiation, leading & motivating people, and project management are just a few of the skills that I mastered that make my operating my current company easy. When you go for days with out spending quality with your family and your anxiety level is always at a 10; I knew it was time to do something that I love to do on my own terms.....the birth of Glow Event Management.

What people sometimes don't realize is that making something look pretty may take long hours sometimes, but that is the easy part of the job. The human/emotional element of this job takes a special type of skill. Understanding people, communication styles, and being able to adapt so that they can receive the message and know that everything will be okay is essential. The stress of budget & family demands, pleasing everyone, or in a corporate event the need to exceed ROI expectations, can all take a toll on the client. They need to work with someone who not only understands that but foresees it and comes up with solutions proactively. It is nice to know that someone can set up a pretty candy table but even more important is someone who can negotiate on your behalf for a better price, when you have a limited budget someone who can sit down with you before hand and demonstrate how to best use your money before you get yourself in a hole. Or how do I handle not inviting kids to my wedding, or blended families, the list is endless. What I know we do exceedingly well is not just making the event look beautiful, but feel that way too.


3 Hour Minimum package offered to provide event planning assistance to those who prefer to DIY however they needs some guidance in any of the following areas just to name a few:
**Budget {creation and/or management}
**Venue Selection {sourcing the right venue within your budget and matches your style/vision of the day}
**Vendor Sourcing {florists, photographers, videographers, deejays, bands, event entertainment, officiants, bakers, caterers, make up artists, bridal shop/designers, etc.}
**Style & Design
Includes complimentary phone/video consult. Options are customized based on need of client. For in person consults such as bridal dresses and attendant selection 4 hour minimum for booking.

Client who need a coordinator to oversee the activities of the day. Work with all contracted vendors to ensure they arrive on time and all vendors deliver services as outlined in the client contract. Create event timeline and review with necessary vendors. Point of contact for the day to troubleshoot and execute all activities requested by the client. Nice way for you to enjoy your event and have a professional handle the behind the scenes of the day.

So you need a little more help than just Day of Coordination. This is for you. We step in 3 months out from the event and will oversee all needed details. Will negotiate and assist in booking in remaining vendors. Attend remaining vendor appointments when necessary. Create event timeline, plus all the features of the Day of Coordination. When the planning is starting to overwhelm you and you can't wait till the day of to get help this option is ideal.

In partnership with our sister company Glow Travel Group we provide destination event services. Negotiating group hotel & air rates when needed. Work with onsite coordination team to provide catering and other event services. This is an affordable and ideal option for those who want the services of a pro without the additional out of pocket costs.
