Yummy! My favorite take out pub in Belmont! I truly enjoy the crisp black bean cake and custom salad dressings. The beef tips are also very flavorful and well seasoned. Cool spot for lunch, dinner or a few drinks.  The food is so thoughtfully prepared, it isn't just an afterthought.  The kids chicken tenders were made with fresh chicken, the salads were fresh and all of our sandwiches were delicious.  The best thing we ordered was the buffalo chicken sandwich.  Crispy and plenty of heat!  The fried pickles were also amazing.  Great place to eat, we'll be back! This as a cool pub a couple of miles from my hotel that brought me to an area I didn't expect. When I got to the address, there were several bars and restaurants and a large parking lot on the backside to park and walk around and stop in where you want. Live bands outside at some bars, mostly pubs so I picked Glenway as it was inviting and pretty packed. I came in and most tables were full so sat at the end of the bar and was immediately greeted and offered a beer. I picked a local IPA and looked at the menu. As Im trying to avoid the burger and fries that I could live on every day, I said out loud I'm thinking about the salmon salad and the people next to me said most definitely, get the salmon. So I did and was very clad I did. I started with a few wings thinking the salad would be small and they were quite good- not so hot as I was looking for , but a great app that fit the bill. The salad was perfect. Lots of good stuff.  Cut up cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, mixed greens chopped, even more- and then a perfect amount of perfectly grilled MR salmon.  Slight smokey taste, with the salad with a lite dressing this was the perfect late meal and very happy with the salmon. Great service from the time I walked in to the time I left, good ambiance, crowded and loud but TVS for games and cold beer, I'm a happy camper. Great place to eat in downtown Belmont. Pub/Sports Bar atmosphere...so don't expect some fancy high end meal. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I had the Santa Fe Chicken wrap and my girlfriend had the Boom Boom shrimp tacos. Be were so good. Places was packed on a Saturda night, but the friendly staff led us to our table after only about a 5 min wait. I will be back. More...
