What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operate in a virtual environment with only key managers at the office, all of whom get assessed every morning for health and wellness. We have installed several new safety features such as sophisticated air filtration, daily disinfecting protocols and screens to separate workstations. Clients who choose in-person meetings have said that 'they feel very safe' because of the obvious safety measures we have in place at our head office.
