Gensen Janitorial & Carpet Cleaning

This is the first time I have ever seen a cleaning service give a 5-star performance.  Wilson at Gensen Cleaning was communicative, even over the 4th of July holiday, and delivered as promised.  He arranged for a deep cleaning of our cottage to ready it for the new tenants (we moved to our new house).  I wish we were staying in the Bay Area, because we would hire Wilson to clean regularly.  In fact, I wish we had hired him since the beginning of our tenancy.  Wilson made the shower and tub cleaner than they were when we first moved in - wow.  I am super impressed.  I highly recommend Wilson and Gensen Cleaning. After sustaining a minor strain while packing and moving the day before my inspection, I was going to need help with cleaning for the post move-out inspection. Gensen Cleaning was an absolute life saver!!! I literally called them the day before, and thankfully they had availability. Not only was my room beyond immaculate (see pics- wish I had a before pic, the difference is outstanding! Check out how they managed to make the counters shine and sparkle like new!), they even agreed to vacuum out my roommates room, as he too was moving out. Prices were fair and reasonable. I had a wonderful experience with Gensen Cleaning. I called them in a pinch because I needed a move-out cleaning on short notice, and needed it to be on a weekend (which I had a hard time getting anyone else to agree to). Carolina and her husband came by right on time, and did an incredibly thorough job cleaning my 1BR for a reasonable price. They were professional, friendly and meticulous - they even cleaned the windows, and the apartment looked spotless after they were done. I had some furniture in the apartment still and expected them to just go around it, but instead they actually moved it out of the way to get the whole floor. Wilson and his crew were absolutely unbelievable. They went above and beyond expectations. We were moving out of our house and needed a deep clean and we called Wilson to see if they could do the job. Not only did they do a wonderful job cleaning the ENTIRE HOUSE (floors, walls, countertops, cupboards, appliances, fireplace, garage, everything!), they also deep cleaned our carpets to the point that they looked brand new. We were extremely happy with the first job, however, our property manager (a stickler to put it lightly) pointed out a few things he felt could be cleaner. Wilson and his crew, guaranteeing 100% satisfaction, came back out to our house and spent several hours finishing the job to make sure the place was immaculate. I could not be happier with Gensen and their cleaning crew. Big thanks to wilson for an extremely enjoyable service! Could not have asked for better people to work with. Wilson & Alex recently came by on a rainy evening to steam clean my carpets in our family room because we were having our Xmas shindig in 2 days and they did a wonderful job! They were on time, very courteous and really removed some of the stubborn stains out with their machines! They moved our furniture around to perform a thorough cleaning, which I was not expecting since I told them it was ok to leave the furniture where it was at.   I highly recommend Wilson and his team for all of your cleaning needs! Final a company with the true meaning of clean.  Wilson and the team were called the day before and squeezed us in.  They all came in, spread out doing different things and it all flowed.  Our carpets have never looked this clean, even when we cleaned them or the day we moved in 3-1/2 years ago.  Professional, friendly and very attentive to their work.  No need to watch over them.  They let you know if they find stains and how they treated them.  They even scrubbed close to the baseboard so you don't have that slightly dark rim and the stairs looked spotless.  We had a very light colored carpet and it came out a very light colored carpet.  Will definitely be giving their name out to friends, family and adding them to our bidders list at work.  Thank you Wilson and crew.  A true top of the line company!! These guys are incredible! They came to my home ahead of time and gave me a very cost effective quote for the carpet cleaning of our entire house (5 rooms, stairs, and a hall). I worked with Wilson and he was very responsive and easy to work with. I was able to get an appt from the consultation to have the carpets cleaned the same week. Wilson and his brother came on time and cleaned quickly, vacuuming every room twice before doing the carpet cleaning. They were done in only a couple hours and the white carpets are now spotless! It also dried incredibly quickly, about 24 hours. They even came back the next day to pick up the check because I was at work when they finished. Now that's customer service.
