Attended my first krav maga class this Saturday morning and it was amazing. Nate, the instructor was so encouraging and very thorough with his instruction. I was nervous attending as a female but I didn't feel singled out AT ALL and walked away feeling confident that I could defend myself better than I could an hour ago.
