I booked this company for my sons 10th Birthday Celebration and invited his entire baseball team. Once the Party was booked, I contacted the owner to make sure we were a go and he was so nice. I tried to contact the owner a week prior to the event to ask a few questions to be prepared-no answer, emailed the owner-no response, I called from my work phone- the owner answered and said he was at an event and he would call me later that day- still no response.I talked with my daughter about what was going on and she called on 3 way- he answered and I asked why he didn’t respond to my calls he said that he never received them. My daughter felt like he was not going to show up after hearing the conversation. I received a call Friday from owner the day before the event, saying he had to cancel my party because a driver had covid. I wanted to believe that covid played a part in this, but the events that happened prior to that makes me think differently and he didn’t even offer any other options. Thanks to to this business this was disappointing news to a bunch of 10 year olds…I did get a full refund. More...
