Had him over to clean our stairs and upstairs bedrooms. Told Mike we weren’t sure if it was worth cleaning as we had some bad pet stains and are replacing the carpet in a year, this was just for us to have cleaner carpet in the mean time. He did a walk around and said some of them wouldn’t come up (which I expected because they’ve been there for over 3 years) but he would give it his best. Well the carpet is amazing now!! Still has a spot here and there but he was very upfront and honest before he even started. In my mind, he performed a miracle!! The carpet is much cleaner and the whole house smells nice and fresh!! Would highly recommend Mike to any scale of project. Great communication, showed up on time, and did an excellent job considering what I gave him to fix.
