Where do we begin? From our initial conversation, Lucas has been very professional in the manner in which he has represented not only himself, but Future Web Studios as well. Throughout this process, Lucas’ customer service has been phenomenal! He has been in constant contact with us via email, text, or on the phone, always making sure we understood the next step in the process of designing our website. He has been great in taking our ideas and feedback and making us feel like we are a part of this creation. He always made sure to get our approvals with our web design and any changes that needed to be made. If there were changes we wanted to make, Lucas and his team got it done in a timely manner. Whenever we have had questions, he has taken the time to answer them and has made sure that we truly understand the explanation.

Another character trait that sets Lucas apart from others is that he shares in the enthusiasm of our business. He gets excited about what we are creating and cheers us on! I cannot remember the last time we have had such a positive and wonderful experience in working with someone in business. Lucas, 5 stars is not enough. He has demonstrated a 10 star performance!

I am extremely impressed with the customer service, skill level,and so much more. Lucas Scott who I have dealt with from day one is incredible. I gave him detailed, very complicated instructions on how to create a video using certain stock videos and pics ,and timing it to certain parts of a piece of music. He listened, and effortlessly got it perfect the first time. I was literally in tears , but happy tears when he sent it to me in only after two days! Everyone I shared it with was also completely blown away. I had a former company trying to lay out some simple business cards,and fine tune a logo ,that still after two months still could not get it right or follow instructions. I did not know Lucas at the time or I would have had him do it, and I will only use Lucas from now on for everything. Also ,I will highly recommend him to anyone who wants a competent person,who gets it right immediately as well as flawless ,and beautiful work. On top of that the customer service far exceeds expectations. He has gone above and beyond ,and even took the time out of his day on a sunday to walk me through how to set up my new business on the internet. I have had numerous businesses over the years , and used to have assistants ,and paid people to do these details.
