Chris and her husband, Ken, are founders of The Utech Group (formerly Utech Consulting, Inc.) and have been in business for over 25 years. FreshStart, a division of The Utech Group, offers individuals, couples and families the tools and techniques to accomplish positive change in their lives. FreshStart is about impact - understanding the whole person to facilitate change on all levels. Chris works in any area of life where there is a desire to change: Relationships, personal growth, health, career, etc.

The ability to see and understand people and families in their totality is what sets FreshStart apart. She understands what gives them passion and energy, how they think, how they relate and how they can connect more positively by:
* Discovering what’s under the surface, to begin intervening and aligning the individual/couple to their potential.
* Facilitating change with adults, children and families.
* Understanding the individual and the context of the relationships around that individual, then facilitating a change process that moves the individual and the relationships around them into a positive, passionate growth mode. People she works with recognize the change inside of them and in their relationships is life-changing.

* Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), trained in a unique Breakthrough process (understanding your values, what's important to you; releasing your limitations, negative emotions, traumas, and internal conflicts; creating an achievable outcome/vision for your future)
* Certified Emotion/Body Code Practitioner
* Certified Quit Smoking Specialist (Quit Smoking in 60 Minutes™)
* Member of the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP).

Chris is a highly intuitive individual who naturally and through training - can see under the surface of where people are at. Her training and development focuses on how to effectively facilitate transformational change. She does this by understanding the individual’s potential and intervening with them to reach their desired goals and outcomes.

Chris understands how change works and creates a calm and safe environment for change to occur quickly. Her holistic processes quickly break through barriers and free individuals to effectively reach their vision. She is not concerned about diagnosis, but more about change, helping people free up to understand their value and purpose in their life and in their relationships.

Chris works in person at her office at the Utech Group and will also work remotely through Zoom or Skype.
