Monica is fantastic. If you've EVER considered working with a Personal Trainer, give her a shot. She's creative and encouraging and changes the workouts every time to keep them interesting, which keeps me challenged and focused on my progress.

I have been working with Monica for 2 years now. I followed her when she started Fresh Start and I cannot say enough good things. She is the first personal trainer I've had that actually listened when going over past injuries & has my best interests at hand. Monica has helped me lose weight & become more physically fit. Then when I found out I was pregnant, she knew exactly what kind of workouts I could & couldn't do and helped me stay healthy & not gain an excessive amount of weight. Now that I've had the baby, I am back, and once again she knows just what I can & cant do and is slowly working on getting my muscles back in pre-baby mode.
