Fresh Maids Deep Home Cleaning

My first cleaning was scheduled on 6/13/18. The team I was assigned to was Layla and another girl who helped her. They didn't clean much of anything in the 5 hours that they were there. However, Diego assigned Diany to do a second cleaning today, 6/14/18. Diany did a much better job and she did everything in 4 hours by herself! I was very impressed and satisfied with her work. I am disappointed that it took two cleanings in order to have things the way I wanted, so this review only gets 4 stars. I do appreciate the help I received from Diego and Diany today. Top notch move out cleaning! They worked within our tight schedule on our move out day and cleaned the entire house (3floors) too to bottom including carpet cleaning perfectly within our timeline. Would highly recommend them. I wish we had them do this type of cleaning while we lived in that house!! Cost for 2200sqft + 3 rooms of carpet was $417... kinda pricey but stellar job. More...

This was such an outstanding experience. Elsa arrived closer to the beginning of her 1 hour time slot with another coworker. She was extremely polite, friendly and listened to me tell her specific things I needed done. I got the deep clean with fridge and baseboard cleaning. I have a 1 bed/1bath apartment, and a deep clean for several hours under $200 was exactly what was looking for. I left after they arrived and gave a key for them to lock up and leave on my light fixture. When I got home, I was so surprised. I have lived in my apartment for 3 years and have never seen it this clean (even at move in). They did an outstanding job, and I couldn't be more pleased. In addition, I had to call the company number a couple of times to be sure I could leave when Elsa arrived, and also to confirm that my tip would be included when they ran my card. I spoke with Shannon each time, and she was extremely kind and professional. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I made my first appointment with So Fresh Maids last week. Elsa and Rosa showed up on time, were very sweet and quick with their work. They brought a nice welcoming letter and candle that smells so good. They were so sweet to my dog as he would get in the way of them cleaning sometimes.  My home looks and smells great... even a week later. I have my next appointments booked... as I signed up for the monthly cleanings. I can't wait to see those sweet ladies smiles again and my home sparkle! They did an amazing job cleaning our house before we moved in! It smelled amazing and everything was sparkling and fresh. It was a fabulous experience. Christina made the booking process quick and painless. On the day of my appointment, she came and looked over the place & stayed with me until the movers came to get rid of my damaged furniture (Hurricane Harvey SUCKS! !). Then Gaby showed up and worked like a cleaning MACHINE and got ALLLLLLL the dirt off my floors from having almost 2 feet of water in my apartment (Did I mention Hurricane Harvey SUCKS?!).I would recommend this service to anyone who has the need for an excellent cleaning!! My Niece was moving into her off campus housing and the apt. was disgusting, obviously the people that moved out didn't do a good job. I found So Fresh Maids on Yelp and Christina picked up my call right away. She was super friendly so we decided to go with her immediately. The next day, Christina met us on time at the apt., but the actual person doing the cleaning was a bit late. It was an empty space, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. She did an excellent job addressing all my concerns and the place was so clean when she was finished. I felt much better moving my niece into that apt.  I thought the price was a little on the high side for a 1 time move-in clean (this wasn't a move-out). Everything the website promises, and then some! :)Our cleaner arrived on time and got right to business. She did an amazing job of cleaning the whole house and left it shiny and smelling great. I loved how my kid's stuffed animals were organized on her bed and how even little touches, like fluffing the pillows, left our house feeling brand new for days. What really impressed me is how I never saw our cleaner playing on her phone. We've noticed this with some other services, but with So Fresh Maids we feel like the priority during the entire clean. This is probably one of the most professional cleaning services in Houston. They send reminders on when they're coming and really made the online portion of the booking process a breeze. What can I say about so fresh maids that isn't already in the name. These lovely ladies came into my home like a whirlwind of elbow grease and pine sol. Let me first state that I live in a 4 story 2600 sqft town home and they cleaned this puppy top to bottom. I was amazed at what they accomplished. They spent 4-5 hours at my home and in that time they mopped, put up dishes, folded laundry, organized my clutter, wiped down my baseboards, and cleaned every window. They found dirt I didn't even know existed!   Not only are the workers great, but the management is quick and responsive.  The management called me before the cleaning to verify, and they also contacted me after to make sure everything had been done to my liking. Excellent cleaning service and experience! The cleaning associate was punctual, attentive and thorough. I believe I keep my apartment pretty clean and in order, but after the cleaning associate Brittany finished I was extremely impressed with her work. She  cleaned and organized things in the kitchen area, living room and bathroom, and left my apartment looking show room ready.
