This place is simply put, our second home. My family and I have been coming for over two years and it has changed our life. Beyond the fact that you get training that you cannot find anywhere else, you get it in an atmosphere that is more like a community center than a gym. My children take arial silks, parkour, tumbling, kung fu, jiu jitsu, acting, etc. They even have guitar lessons. There is nowhere else that you can find all of that under one roof or for that price. The media academy that just started a few months ago is one of a kind. My kids and I are in the process of making our second tv pilot with them in 6 months. The best part of the gym to me though is that they treat you like family. The owners are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, honest people I have had the opportunity to get to know and I am grateful for the influence and impact they have on my children. Amazing all around gym! The only place that allows and actually encourages parents to take classes with their children. I highly recommend trying out all of the classes to find out what interests you most, they have a lot to offer. From Parkour to Aerial Silks, Muay Thai, Contemporary Dance and Tumbling! Been coming here for over 5 years. Hard to believe it's been that long. Amazing experience. Great instructors. Best place around to practice parkour and freerunning hands down. My kids grew up at Freeflow and their progress in parkour and martial arts is astounding. The laid back feel of the place is so inviting. It matches the trainers and their attitudes very well. My wife loves the silks classes. Now we have an aerial silk hanging from our ceiling at home so she can practice. A wonderland for movement and fitness. More...

I started going to Freeflowacademy almost the day it opened since I was already being trained by Corey romines when he co founded free flow. I started practicing more often and then summer came and I went in the summer almost every single day to train. Everyone who became trainers at Freeflowacademy were super nice and real good people! Everyone there are incredible at what they do. Sadly I moved away but If you or family member or friend are looking join free flow, just know that you aren't just going to be making friends.. But family. Everyone is super nice and the kids and people who train there are awesome. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE who is interested in any of the arts they offer here. More...
