Contacted Franco to inquire about gutter cleaning and soffit washing (using a sponge and bucket of water)- I did not want pressure washing. As I have gutter screen, they brushed off the twigs and leaf debris off the screen, removed the gunk inside the gutters and replaced the screen. Franco and Ivan worked as a team, job was well done. A couple of days later, I noticed one on the screens on the garage had shifted and needed to be repositioned. I texted Franco and he immediately responded. Franko and Ivan are the best! There is nothing they can’t do or fix. I’ve used them for drywall, tile, fine trim work, pressure washing, roofing and leaks, painting and even washer and hot water heater repair. I trusted them so much they had a key to my house. Prices are very reasonable and work is always done on time with little mess and drama. I first met them when I was helping a drug store chain in my off season in 2013. We used local contractors and the chain paid them a large deposit. They came in and started and never returned. Desperate to get this all finished I found Franko and Ivan and a friend or 2 and over the next 3 weeks they did $60,000 worth of work the other contractors had bid at a price so low we had to pay them 50% more because we were so grateful. They were never late for work, were respectful and kind to customers and staff and each day cleaned up. The owners and many of the employees still use them.
