Owner Temika is amazing and an absolute inspiration. Instructors are universally awesome. All are supportive and help even the most awkward among us (hello! ) learn to do things we never thought we were even capable of! Students tend to help each other and are very friendly and welcoming to all due to the positive culture the owner and staff cultivate. Add all this to a culture of body positivity no matter age or weight or anything else. We are all women and we all support each other. Today 11/06/19. I took a Foxy Boxing class 6:35pm, followed by a Stretch class 7:25pm. I like the way the instructor, Temika, teaches us, boxing with music, like dancing, time flies. The stretch class is good for flexibility and very relaxing. The instructor, Stephanie is very knowledgeable. Working out at Foxy Fitness Studio is my big accomplishment. I've been consistently going to this gym longer than any other fitness routine I've tried in my life. They have the more traditional strength/cardio classes along with pole classes, so I can get healthier and stronger with the direct motivation of being better at pole. They have a variety of great instructors with different teaching styles, so you're sure to find one or more you like. Plus the community feel of the place can't be beat - everyone is super welcoming. I absolutely love this place. I joined Foxy to get, healthy, fit and boost my self-esteem, and so far, it’s going fabulously! The instructors are helpful, caring, and fun. I joined Foxy Fitness Studio & Pole at the beginning of the year. I was super nervous but the instructors go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, confident, and capable! . I had my bachelorette party here and it was SO much fun! The most fun I’ve ever had during a workout! Our instructor Princess made sure we were comfortable and she had just as much fun as we did which made the experience 10x better!

I'm not writing this because I teach here, i'm writing this because I get my butt kicked in my fellow instructor's classes and love it! I am challenged, I get sweaty, and I have fun during every minute of it. I love the energy of the the students and teachers here, it's a good vibe and everyone wants each other to do well. I have been working out at foxy for over 2 years and love it. My body is stronger and more flexible. Very friendly place to be, all the instructors are wonderful, this is my favorite gym, there are so many classes to choose from.
