All of our therapists are licensed, and experienced in a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress, co-occurring (dual diagnosis), relationship issues, anger management, PTSD and addiction.

WE AT FORWARD WELLNESS understand that there are times in everyone's life when they need help and we have made it our mission to provide the best treatment known to help you, your loved ones and the community be able to get back to your life goals and dreams by beginning to manage your addiction issues. We have seen the negative effects of alcohol and drug addiction. It destroys lives and families. Currently, there is an opioid crisis in our nation that is profoundly impacting the lives of millions of people. We want to be part of the solution by providing the best treatment available today and to help as many people manage the disease of addiction and lead a happy purposeful life.

Our treatment center stands out from the others because we believe that every person's addiction issues are personal to them. We are sensitive to the fact that each person is unique and so we tailor our approach to that philosophy to assist them in beginning to manage the disease of addiction and maintain sobriety.

Services

Clients attend 1 hour group counseling sessions 1 time per week, for 1 to 2 hours, starting from one month. At this level of care clients can live at home or at a sober living home while in treatment at our facility. Learn skills including coping skills and relapse prevention.

Our counselors collaborate with clients in developing their treatment plan, and assist with needed resources, family and community service needs, social services, etc. Sessions are usually between 30 and 50 minutes, initially 1 or 2 times per week and tapers down depending on the needs of the client.

This therapy assists with immediate problems stemming from substance abuse in order to gain and maintain abstinence. Process underlying or lifelong conflicts that contribute to substance abuse that are not usually addressed in everyday life. Therapy sessions are usually between 30 and 50 minutes, initially 1 time per week and tapers down to 1 to 2 times per month, depending on the clinical needs of the client.

We provide medical treatment to clients including medical and medication management (MAT) by a licensed physician. Our Medical and Lab Director manages medical clearances, toxicology and labs. This is kind of care is called Medication Addiction Treatment (MAT). We also provide monitoring of alcohol and drug use, random laboratory testing, and toxicology services.

This is the second tier of outpatient treatment and generally includes 9 hours or more per week for 3 to 5 days. The frequency then tapers off depending on their clinical needs.

This is a more intensive level of care that includes 5-10 hours of treatment per day of group counseling. The frequency then tapers off depending on the individual's clinical needs. At this level of care clients are transported from either a hospital or residential treatment facility setting.
