I had the absolute pleasure of working with the folks at Forward Black yesterday when I needed a ride to work because my vehicle was in the shop.
The person that picked me up showed up early (which I really liked), then sent a text to let me know he was outside. No pressure, it was just an FYI.
He was very professional, the vehicle was clean and right away I felt comfortable. During general conversation I discovered he was actually the owner of the company!
On arrival to my destination, I enjoyed the service enough that I immediately scheduled his company to pick me up for my trip back home. Then during the conversation on the way home I discovered they have a car rental service as well. My personal vehicle wasn’t out of the shop yet so I was like “hummmm?”
This is where their service goes WAYY over the top! I reserved the rental when we pulled up to my destination. Now, mind you it’s after 5:00 pm. The vehicle I requested needed to be cleaned before going back out (there were other vehicles already ready but I wanted a very specific vehicle - yes I was a bit of a pain, sorry!)
I was dropped off at home and these folks went back to their office, cleaned the vehicle I requested AND BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE FOLKS!!!
That’s it, I’m NEVER renting from anybody else, EVER! I’m a customer for life!!

What do you love most about your job?
Being able to be a part of the myriad stories that make up people's lives is one of my favorite parts of this job. From joyous wedding ceremonies and fun girls' nights out, to little ones celebrating yet another birthday - it all makes our hard work feel so worthwhile!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Forward Black sprung from the need to respond to customers who wanted something more than just a rental car. A desire for an upscale experience drove us to launch this full service business, offering chauffeurs and luxurious vehicles tailored specifically towards the corporate crowd. The dream was never just about getting from point A to B - but turning even that journey into something special!

We do offer remote drop-off and pickup services for Forward Auto Rental but for Forward Black this is a service we don't see as a need.

Forward Black is a transportation company that offers one-way or round trip services to any one of Dallas / Fort Worth airports or private airports in the area. We offer a flat rate of $85 for transfer pickups or drop-offs. Our mission is to provide an affordable and convenient transportation option for people traveling to and from the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
