Scott is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I worked with him for several years and he always put his best foot forward (made me feel as though I was his only client, which of course I wasn’t.

I always enjoyed how customized his workout plans were to help me reach my goals, whether it was losing a few pounds to building some muscle. He was always very attentive to my inquires and did everything he could to supply me with the best tools to be the best version of myself! Scott Is very professional ,patient and kind but he knows how to push you to get the most out of your work out. He will make accommodations to the work out if you are working at home as well as take the time to make sure you are using equipment correctly at the gym to be safe and effective!

Scott is an amazing trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable of the human body. He trained me for around 4 months and the results were amazing. After each workout I felt stronger and more confident.
