Working out at 4.1. Fitness has become one of my favorite parts of the day. It is an amazing environment of friends and encouragement. It’s challenging and fun all in one. Both my daughters, Alexis (Metro Volleyball player) and Paige (Lobos Soccer Player) train multiple times a week with Sammie and Blaine at For One Fitness. Over the last few months, both girls can really feel themselves getting stronger and more disciplined in their training. Sammie and Blaine do an amazing job motivating them physically and mentally.
