My hubby LOVES the Phat burger/fries. I love everything on the menu BrieLT, chicken tacos are sooo good, and any soup is heaven in a bowl! Fresh ingredients always prepared perfectly!, The key lime tart on dessert sampler is perfect size and delish. Best food truck in tri-cities in our opinion. More...

Small menu, but food is amazing. Fries were cooked perfect and the deep fried mac and cheese cubes were delicious. However, the PHAT burger was the main event. It was probably the best burger I've ever eaten, and that is not an exaggeration!! More...

Fantastic food!  I'd suggest the gauco taco or the phat burger and fries. Keep coming to Gray gentleman, I'll meet you there... :-)

Today I decided to follow-up on the numerous recommendations and check out this food truck.  I am satisfied, excited, and well-fed now.  It's a cold day out, usually not great news for a food truck, but a great day for a bowl of soup.  I would walk through snowdrifts to eat here!  Mike is enthusiastic about food.  He agreed to make one of the soups without the noodles for me today and it was delicious.  Lemongrass-chicken-something-asian-or-other deliciousness. He asked if I was very hungry and how spicy I wanted it.  Obviously, we're just getting to know each other here.  ;)  It was really really good.  The chicken was perfect.  Seared, tender and chewy at the same time, plentiful, and swimming in a dark broth with bean sprouts, onions, lots of spice, and accompanied by sides of condiments (limes, sriracha, and a sauce).  Nice! The menu is dynamic and I can't wait to see future versions.  Wifey is going to like it I bet because she and Mike apparently share a fondness for bacon.I don't exactly subscribe to the adage, "never trust a skinny chef," but I do believe that someone passionate about their craft usually makes better results/product/etc.  Before I thihit the wrong key, this section was much longer and more entertaining.  While he was whipping up a fresh bowl of soup, Mike regaled me with glowing reviews of the other food trucks in the area, his enthusiasm for his own, and shared some samples of his own bacon-creations with me (do yourself a favor and get a side of the sweet/sriracha bacon, you can thank me later).  Mike went on to recommend that I never pass up a certain brand of bacon (now we're getting to know one another better!).Mike is the kind of dude you'd want to eat with.  Think Anthony Bourdain without the narcissism and much less snark yet all of the zest for food, culture, and people.Yes, I'll be back. Yes, I recommend you try it, and it would be ideal for "picnic" food on campus or at the VA's parklike setting next door. More...
