I'd give five million stars if I could! Delicious food, and everyone was so nice! It's also so affordable! I bought myself a box of sweets and a mini chicken pot pie today and it was the best lunch/supper/desert ever. The eclair was huge and STUFFED, which is a great departure from little finger-sized boutique ones that are mostly dry crust. I was supposed to heat the pot pie up at home, but I couldn't wait and ate it in a bench outside. It was still *amazing* I could eat them all week. I'll be back whenever I'm wandering in Portland! Andrea was outstanding throughout my wedding process! We had a long engagement & I tried to get a head start on things. I met with Andrea early in the process to brainstorm exactly what we wanted for a cake. Not even knowing what I was looking for whipped up an example of exactly what I wanted. I am not really a cake perosn, but I could eat one from Foley's everyday! Perfect size, taste, & look!!! We wanted it to fit our fall log theme wedding so Andrea made the icing look like bark on a tree.

Worked at Monument Way today and was happy to find this lovely bakery! Enjoyed an egg salad with avocado on croissant for lunch and went back at the end of my day to bring home dessert. Delicious tarts!

I treat myself to pastries here often and their amazing vegetarian soup options much more often, and when I need a cake made this is the only place I go. The staff is all so nice, and when I'm in line I'm always impressed that they know the names of every customer that comes in! Try the cream horns, lemon bars, or chocolate tarts, and if they have the carrot lime soup on, do not hesitate!!!! More...

Foley's cakes is a great experience all around I really don't think there's a better staff of any restaurant or shop for that matter in the city of Portland their cakes Cupcakes any pastry of any kind is absolutely amazing staff is unparalleled by anyone and quite personally I would be surprised if anybody in the state of Maine can hold a candle to them

Really really yummy desserts. I got a couple of the small cakes to try and so good. I'll be back to try something else or more of the chocolate thing I got. I was there last week to do some homework before work, and after ordering a pastry and a coffee, I realized I had forgotten my wallet at my house. I quickly canceled, but the woman (I believe co-owner) told me to just come back the next morning and pay it. I was very pleased with this, as not many other businesses would allow that to happen.
