I honestly can’t find the exact words to review such a great attorney like Attorney John Foley. I had a very prior complicated case, which was denied not once but twice (mostly because of improper legal representation); needless to say I was very skeptical to seek representation once again. Then, I came across Attorney Foley, the minute I sat down with him, I felt at ease and reassured. Attorney Foley handled my case with great professionalism, he made my wife and I very aware of the entire process from start to end. He was always reliable to all of our questions, whether via emails or phone calls. There was no intermediary; he was always open to communication. He cares for us to the greatest extent. From personal experience, it is sometimes hard to find attorneys who prioritize their clients wellbeing, Attorney Foley is definitely that attorney who will make you feel like their only one client and does fully understand the gravity of immigration. He gave his upmost attention to our case. Quite honestly, had I chosen a different attorney, not knowledgeable or caring enough, I’d probably would have had a totally different outcome. I was referred to John Foley Law by a close friend and chose to use them for legal representation when I bought my first house. Although they don't specialize in real estate law, I chose this firm because John was able to get me to breath, break everything down so I could understand what was going on, and took swift action when necessary. Also, their location is super convenient! He and his associate Jessica responded to every email and every question I had promptly with complete professionalism (without the stuffy language) He was able to negotiate multiple critical extensions prior to closing for me (thank you mortgage red tape). Jessica made sure that every "t" was crossed and "i" was dotted on every stitch of paperwork along the way. At the closing, he was able to lighten the mood and had me laughing in the lobby of the court house. That's why I will continue to go to and refer people to John Foley Law.
