My wife, daughter and I just completed tasting at Fodrey's Catering in search of a caterer for our daughter's wedding. We are no longer searching. We signed with Fodrey's at the conclusion of a fabulous full-course dinner tasting. Firstly, let me say that Jamie and Connie could not be more accommodating and helpful! Jamie prepared a dinner of the items that my daughter was considering for her wedding reception, including some appetizers. This was not just a small sampling or bite of items but a full serving per person of each entree and appetizer item on our preliminary menu/estimate. The flavors were outstanding. Jamie is extremely talented and creative and more than willing to work with you to craft a menu catered to your tastes, type of event and guest count. Jamie and Connie have a wealth of experience with wedding receptions and will share that with you readily. In addition to great tasting food, we also found their pricing to be very reasonable, something that weighed significantly in our decision to sign at the end of the tasting. Our thanksgiving dinner was wonderful! The turkey was moist and delicious 😍. Could not have been easier to have it ready to serve. The rolls were yummy 🤤.
