How long have you been in business?
I'm a single mother who has been cleaning in the Asheville area for 5 years. In 2017 business has been picking up more and more so I decided to start Flying Squirrel Cleaning Co. Since the start of Flying Squirrel we have already expanded to 5 employees, and I couldn't be more happy. We are so lucky to have such a friendly, hard working staff that really care about what they do.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring all of our own equipment and supplies. Unless a client prefers for us to use their vacuum.
What do you love most about your job?
There are so many stress these days, and Flying Squirrel really prides ourselves in being able to alleviate one of those. Coming home to a clean, sparkling house can really make someone's day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a single Mom it can get tricky trying to balance work and home life. I'm so happy that Flying Squirrel employees other parents that can give them the flexibility to be able to work, support their families, and achieve much needed family time.
Why should our clients choose you?
We pride ourselves in the work that we do. I feel we at Flying Squirrel no how hard people work, and we are able to provided a much needed service to take some of life's pressures off others shoulders.
Flying Squirrel really does treat every job like it's our own business, or home. We follow a detailed check list to make sure things are done right.
