My dog’s first time, there, went well. They slowly acclimated her to their salon. They don’t have other dogs there , either reducing stress. It was easy to get an appointment, too. Macy really cares about the animals that come to her and has their best interests in mind. She has gone out of her way to help her customers even when she didn't have to. She is very knowledgeable about different animals and has her own start up zoo on site! If you are not sure, set up a time and day and go talk to her. Then you will understand!
