I don't order arrangements often but my favorite part of using Flower Petal is they send you a picture of your actual arrangement before they deliver it. I found this place on yelp today while I was looking for a florist to send flowers to my Aunt for her birthday. I got an email with a photo of my arrangement before the Flowers's were delivered. I was searching for a florist who would actually give me fresh flowers instead of two days away from being wilted ha! These arrived so beautiful and FRESH they are the most beautiful roses I've seen since our wedding five years ago! The most impressive part of this was the service; Edward Brown delivered them and he was so conscientious; he called twice to make sure that he could get through our gate and also to see if he was ok to ring the bell (we had a sleeping baby sign) I mean that kind of service is just impeccable! Flowers from this wonderful place are always fresh and beautiful. The ordering process is very easy. I was able to get timely delivery by ordering 2 days before the delivery date. To my knowledge, you can actually get same-day delievery. The photos on the website accurately reflect what you actually get. I recommend getting the premium upgrade as it makes a much better presentation. They also emailed me a picture of the flower before delivery so I knew exactly what I was getting. I'm absolutely impressed with the service and delivery. I forgot what day it was and expected the flowers to come in next day but I accidentally chose same day delivery instead. I also wanted to leave a note for my mother but she doesn't know English and I wanted to leave "Happy Birthday Mom" in Thai and expected it to be printed out but was super surprised and impressed that they hand written the message ! I placed my order online, selecting through their pre designed options. I didn't have too high of hopes considering past orders with other companies that once delivered, look quite sad compared to the online pictures. To my surprise, the bouquet looks even better than the picture online! My mom is in love with her arrangement. We had a small issue with delivery, but they took care of it immediately and made it right. So professional and courteous. Delivery driver was very nice as well. I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Flower Petal Boutique! When FTD screwed things up and wouldn't help with my flower order the day before a memorial, this florist stepped up and saved the day! !! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and I had them scheduled to be delivered on May 13 but called if I can rescheduled for today since she wasn't going to be there and they did ! This is the second time I've ordered from Flower Petal Boutique. I went to their shop last year to get flowers for my wife. Was able to use the $10 for $20 Yelp deal. Since my wife was happy with the flowers she got last year, I decided to order from them again. Today is our 7th year anniversary and since I've been so busy with work, I ordered from their website instead. I chose the "FTD Sweet Surprises Bouquet" and upgraded it to deluxe for more flowers. It was delivered around 12:00 PM. Got a message from my wife thanking me and with it were photos of her flowers. It did not look like the one from the website at all. I understand that it will not be exactly as the one from the photo, and I am no flower expert, but this one looks really different. It also did not seem like it was upgraded to deluxe because there were very few flowers in the arrangement. I seriously hate complaining because I don't want people getting in trouble because of me... but it's our anniversary, so this is an exception.So why 5 stars?I sent the business an email and got a reply right away from Kim. She was apologetic and explained that they were out of pink mini carnations and they had to sub with pink roses. She also said they could swap the arrangement and try to deliver within the day. I'd recommend this place! Next time I'm visiting Vegas, they are going to be my go-to flower place.I was trying to frantically order last minute birthday flowers for my mom. My order was taken quickly on the phone. Very friendly and efficient. They walked me through all aspects like what kinds of flowers will be in the arrangement and made any necessary changes, when they will deliver, etc. They offered to make sure it look extra special/nice and they will deliver within a few hours! THE BEST! Why? Pro flowers messed up my order to be delivered today. I spent about 30 minutes calling various local flower places in Las Vegas to deliver an emergency arrangement today as my Pro flower order was not going to come through until tomorrow. Today is my MIL (Mother in law) birthday so, I needed the flowers to get there today and not tomorrow! All other local flowers places that had same day delivery services told me it was too late or I missed the cutoff time (noon or 1pm) for same day delivery. But Jordan at Flower Petal Boutique was my saving grace today! Even though it was passed the cut off time, he was still willing to assist me and get an arrangement delivered for me today! Very very impressed!!!! They were the lowest price of everyone I called for a corsage.  Plus, all the others only offered carnations at this price. She offered to do any flowers we liked. We chose roses. Ample parking super easy to find, one block west of Green Valley Pkwy on Sunset in Green Valley Henderson . Super friendly too. Do I believe that the customer is always right? No. I do believe that if you feel you have a case, you can discuss the issue with upper management to help resolve the issue. Just called to place a very important order for a very important person and I have to say, the process was as easy as it gets. The woman on the phone was personable and friendly. She even asked if I wanted the flowers delivered today which shows that the customer does come first. She was very knowledgeable of what they had in stock and what could be done by tomorrow. I found Flower Petal Boutique through a quick search and their Yelp $20 for $10 deal got me hooked. I am not from and do not live in LV but I wanted flowers delivered in LV for a friend's birthday. The process was simple and I'm happy to support our local businesses instead of ordering through the big chains (I.e. 1-800-...):1. Bought the online $20 for $10 deal (note: the deal said to print out the voucher & bring it to the boutique) 2. Went to their website, lasvegasflowerpetal.com 3. I picked out the floral arrangement style I wanted4. I called Flower Petal Boutique, and told the pleasant kind woman that I wanted flowers delivered the next morning for a friend's birthday. I also told her I purchased the Yelp deal but that I lived out of town. She said that's not a problem so I provided her the floral style and the redemption code from my Yelp deal. 5. She thoroughly went through the whole process with me on the phone. She provided the costs and broke down each charge. I also had additional questions and she was really nice answering each one of them. 6. After the order was set up in her system, I provided payment and I also asked her if she could email me a receipt. She said yes but that she could also text me the receipt, and I opted for the text instead of email. 7. The next day the flowers were delivered to my friend and my friend was totally surprised! Super glad I found this shop yelp!  Its my sis in law birthday so I need to send something special!  I selected this shop after reading some of the reviews and looking at pictures customers had uploaded.  I went to their website and found some really pretty arrangements at reasonable prices!  I called and asked if they would deliver to my sis in law's job and after they said yes, Courtney took my order and offered to make a custom birthday arrangement along with some balloons!  The overall price ended up being really reasonable!!I'm excited to see the overall arrangement, so will post picture as soon as its delivered!
