We are a local, women-owned, food cart located in St. Johns in beautiful Portland, OR. Everything we create is made from scratch using plants. We are 100% vegan and gluten free. Our mission is to provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience using wholesome and honest ingredients and to serve tasteful food that awakens your body and your mind.

I am vegan and gluten-free (have been for 14 years) so the fact that everything in the menu fits the bill is awesome. The menu is so creative- never seen anything like it. Delicious!

Wonderful service and incredible food. A small menu but the items they have are really delicious. 100% vegan and gluten free - but that doesn't take away from the food whatsoever. The UnBEETable Burger is ridiculously delicious!! I like it with the cashew mozzarella--the chimichurri, aioli, and pickles all made by hand in the cart are perfect toppings for the hearty beet-walnut-lentil patty.

Dear god, best "Mac and cheese" ever. Intended on grabbing a quick lunch and chose "Not Yo Mamas Mac" to-go and ran back to work. I wasn't expecting much as I have been disappointed by plant based foods but this, this was literally the best Mac I have had in a year. The whole dish was perfectly prepared, vegetables cooked just right and seasoned deliciously. I am going to try the nachos next! Priced right, friendly service, quick turnaround but fresh. Wow! After working nearby for almost 9 months, I discovered this plant based cart today. It was a feast of vegan nachos and a farm fresh salad. The service was friendly and helpful--they take cards, which is great because the atm wasn't working.We sat in the March sun enjoying flavorful, fresh food. I'll come back again for another salad and perhaps another split main dish.They are open seven days a week with expanding hours for the spring and summer. I'm eager to share this gem with my vegan daughter. This food cart is a godsend. I cant have dairy products because it can really mess my stomach up. It makes it hard to find good food that I won't regret eating later. They have a vegan mac and cheese that is simply delicious. I havent tried any other dishes yet but I have no doubts that the other dishes would be just as good. They unfortunately do not have drinks here, but nearby food carts have drinks you can get too. This place also specializes in gluten free meals too. I finally made it to Flourish Plant Based Kitchen today. It was amazing! The special was a pulled carrot bbq sandwich. I decided to go ahead and get it! I also ordered a half order of nachos and the un beetable burger for my sister. We loved everything! The nachos were like nothing I have ever tasted! So unique and topped with amazing goodies. Living nearby the food carts is dangerous because this place is SO delicious! The food is clean and the flavors are incredible. I would eat here everyday if I could. We have only tried their vegan carrot dog on a stick when they had a booth at veg fest, but it was great -- I went back for seconds! We are going to walk there tomorrow to get some more. They are 8 miles away, but it is worth it. Should work off the calories. :)Update: we made it. As good as I remembered from Veg Fest. The un-beetable burger was also really good. Just tried the carrot dog, With a carrot standing in for the corn dog. Really great sauce to go with it. Although I could've used a little bit more for dipping. The care was really soft and almost had a corndog like bite. The flavor was really good and didn't taste like I was just eating a carrot because they marinate it in something.
