Experience in handling estate planning cases in the law office made us realize the opportunity for remote notarization of these documents.

The majority of our service is remote online notarization. We also provide in-person notarizations to south-east Florida.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our remote services have been essential for people who want to remain safe during the pandemic, but need to have their documents notarized. Our notaries practice Covid-safe guidelines when performing in-person notarizations.
Remote Online Notarization
US citizens can electronically sign and notarize their documents via an online video call from any where in the world.
In-Person Mobile Notarization
Our notaries will come to you in person and notarize your documents traditionally. Available for Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Martin counties.
E-Recording
E-recording is the process of submitting documents for recording online in any County for any State and having them reviewed, recorded, and returned to the submitter electronically. E-recording has become today’s standard for delivering public documents for recording.
We use Simplifile.com as our e-recording platform.
Apostilles
An apostille certifies the authenticity of the issuing official or notary public’s signature. Each state designates a Competent Authority who issues an apostille for a document so that they can be recognized in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty. This can be swiftly done at the Secretary of State’s office.
We can retrieve an apostille within 48 hours.
Training and Seminars
We offer an extensive training to individuals or businesses on how to conduct Florida Remote Online Notarizations for your workplace. We also provide Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and non-CLE Seminars that educate individuals and firms on Florida Remote Online Notarization.
