We used Floranza Designs for our wedding in August 2018 and were extremely pleased with the results. The quality of the flowers - for bouquets, tables, wall decorations etc - was outstanding. Many of the designs were ideas that we had and she helped make them into reality, and then on others she came up with her own unique designs which really added to the day. As we do not live in Michigan, we were communicating remotely by phone and email and Floranza were very helpful and prompt in answering any questions and dealing with planning issues in general. What can I say about Esperanza? She is a miracle worker. I called her two days before my wedding and she made 2 gorgeous corsages, two beautiful boutonnieres, a bouquet for my maid of honor, a bouquet for myself and 15 wedding reception arrangements. I haven't seen the flowers yet but heard they are gorgeous!!! My review is based on the obvious effort the owner made to get the flowers to my friend even tho I had not known at the time I ordered them she would be leaving her office early. The fact that she went out of her way for a first time customer (who called her from Wisconsin) shows an amazing amount of dedication to customer service. This place was spectacular! I live in Arizona and wanted to send some flowers to a friend in Michigan for her birthday. Through their website, I picked out the arrangement I wanted, they confirmed it quickly, and delivered it on time. My friend was thrilled, saying it was an absolutely stunning arrangement. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Floranza Designs. I am all the way in Phoenix, Arizona and my mother-in-law is in Troy, Michigan. Floranza made beautiful buttoniers for the whole highschool band at graduation concerts in the years my kids' were there.  They were exactly as she described them and were perfectly packaged, I received them the day before and were beautifully preserved for the event and days after .  Esperanza's designs and work are gorgeous and her flowers and buys her flowers directly from the growers.  I Visited her store and she has beautiful ideas for arrangements, bouquets, plants, gifts and decor.  Best prices and I even loved how she wraps what she sells.  My last buy was a violet plant in the cutest planter, she wrapped it so beautiful!  I like that, attention to detail, good price and  great service.
