Ok let me just say this is a must!!! Best wings and pizza outside of my number ones Rposter and Rosattis.. it's just different and wing sauces amazing. I am in the restaurant business and have been for 30 plus years and I worked and Normans Landing for almost 17 years.. sample of wings and Cannoli for dessert McKenna the bartender just spot on!! If you're looking for mediocre pizza, bad service by employees that don't care, & a really nasty envornoment where the new-ish facility has been sorely neglected this is your place! !! Arrived late afternoon & were greeted by a "hostess" that looked like she just rolled off the couch to come to work, donning saggy pajama bottoms, a sweater that looked like her grandmother recently discarded it, and wearing enough eye shadow to coax most fish out of the lake. We chose to sit outside & every table was dirty. Mind you we were the ONLY people at the restaurant. The hostess was reticent to tend to us or clean the tables as she was more interested in flirting with ponytail guy on the kitchen staff. The tables were dirty, chairs covered in dust, floors extremely in need of sweeping, & the restrooms were disgusting, with a urinal that has been inoperable for months. It's clear neither the staff nor the owners care about this establishment. Given the level of cleanliness of the easy to keep clean areas I seriously question the food safety and their attention to ensure food is unspoiled prior to serving to patrons. Also stop telling people you're "snazzy" & telling people to have a "snazzy day", you sound like an idiot & there's nothing "snazzy" about you. I guess that's why you're working for minimum wage, your mental capacity is that of a 10 year old.... WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN & WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE BAD WORD ABOUT THIS NASTY PLACE!!! More...

This is "New York" pizza?? Yeah right. Order from here 10 times and MAYBE get 1 good experience. More like pizza from Ithaca, NY. .. These pictures say it all. What is going on with the waitstaff and service here??? The food is always impeccable. Period. So it truly pains me to even leave anything close to a negative review. But each time we come to eat, our service gets slacker and slacker. We sat at the bar last night and it was still slacking. We saw people waiting to be helped all over the place. But nobody seemed to care. There was zero hustle from anyone there. And it was a busy night. There have been a few really sweet waitresses over the past 2 years of being regulars. But they seem to all be gone. Instead-it is sour faced, angry looking girls who put their tough faces on so that none of the patrons will ask for their help. Ever. Well. Our bartender was nice last night, but was also serving tables and honestly should've been just at the bar. Bc we got very little from her-and the bar was fairly busy too. Not sure why they dont keep the bartender behind the bar and also let her handle to go orders. Instead of tables. The service gets inconsistent when that happens. Anyway-i waited 6 months and 8 times eating here before leaving this review. We completely understand how hard it is to find good people. We do. But is it that hard to ask your staff to cover tables properly and do their jobs? More...

If you're looking for some great food and drinks in a really cool spot, this is your place. We had our first experience there today for lunch and we're so happy with the experience we had. As a native New Yorker, I'll usually go to a place reminiscent of home, so no surprise that I would go to a place called the Five Boroughs. I looked at the menu and they had 1 specialty pizza named after each borough. My family ended up getting the Bronx and the Staten Island.l, as well as a Magherita. I got a calzone. This was the first place where I received a calzone that was a reasonable size and it tasted like I remember them tasting back home. Thr family enjoyed their respective pizzas and even had enough to take back home for lunch the next day.I suggest you get a medium pizza to share for 2. They have taken the pasta dishes and sandwiches off the menu. All that is left is pizza, wings and salad. We were disappointed in menu and device was slow so we left on our second ever visit.

Me and my father had a medium create your own pizza with pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms, and onions, and i gotta say it was DELICIOUS! They have chili flake a Parmesan cheese shakers if you want it. We also had the mozzarella sticks as well as Coney Island fries. And oh my lord those fries are insane, its covered in cheese and bacon, as well as ranch. At first the mozzarella sticks were not cooked fully and were cold in the middle, but the employees notified us before we even noticed and got a warm batch, very kind of them. The mozarella sticks came with some marinara, it is great.I also noticed one of the cooks hand tossing the dough, which makes me very impressed. The crust is delicious. Placed a to go order around 6:30pm for two pizzas. I went to pick them up around 7:00pm. They told me when I arrived that they had no one there that could make pizzas. The lady said she tried to make them but they didn't turn out.
