"Fit for two" Training packages of 6 45-Min sessions for $450. Grab your workout buddy and prepare for some fun with fitness. Must be at similar fitness levels working towards similar goals. Travel charges apply.

One time training session including assessment and program creation is $78 for one hour.

One hour training $78
Some clients may need a 30-minute training session depending on their goals. We will discuss that during the initial consultation.

$50 per month for standard online training access.

I am happy to travel to your at home gym if the equipment is suitable. My services at your building or gym, are $78 and $35 per half hour of travel. The discount training package does not apply to this option.
