Everyone there is SO friendly and welcoming. I was initially hesitant to start up a training routine again - I had been very active before some injuries to my back and had lost a lot of flexibility and gained weight. I met with Bruce for my initial fitness assessment - he was very encouraging and made me feel comfortable about where I was physically.The personal trainers the same way as well - they push you to do your best and are very supportive. Definitely try out the small group training - its a great workout with just a few other people. Very unlike typical gym group classes because the instructors can help you modify the exercises to your fitness levels. I am really happy that one of my bridesmaids and I found this place ahead of my wedding - it's a great way to spend a little quality time together each week too! More...
