Good gym, great staffing and child care. Equipment are excellent, noon workouts are not crowded, evenings are a bit crowded but it definitely a great place to workout.

Simone is an amazing personal trainer! She makes you feel comfortable about where you are at with your fitness level, and is always encouraging. You will definitely get what you pay for with her! I also love the child care option & the staff in the kids room. My daughter never wants to leave. I’m so happy I’ve found this gym I have lost nearly 10 pounds in under 2 months! 5 Stars For Sure!!! Fitness 19 is perfect for busy people who want a clean, convenient, no nonsense place to work out. The hours are good, there is plenty of parking, and the mix of free weights and machines provides lots of options for cardio and strength building. Trainers are available, too.

Very nice small Gym. Several machines and when I go about 3:30ish it is not very crowded. I wish the music they play was better, but I suppose someone there like it.
