At 6 weeks postpartum, I was lost trying to find a way to exercise and be social with a newborn without having to drop her off somewhere. When I found this class, I was thrilled to have somewhere that gave me exactly what I was looking for. Little did I know that this class would be the highlight of my mat leave! It gave me a chance to work out consistently so that I could get on a schedule, which is tough with a newborn. It gave me a new network of moms to share stories and ask for advice. It also gave me a great jumpstart to losing the dreaded baby weight. Meredith is an amazing instructor and cheerleader to everyone-she's really a special person. I highly recommend this group for new moms, moms on mat leave, stay at home moms and moms that are just looking for others in the same boat. Thank goodness there are classes on Saturdays so I won't miss this group too much when I go back to work!! More...

Bailey and I went to our first Fit4Mom class today and from the time I signed up to the moment I left I was smiling. Meredith, is amazing as an instructor for us Mommy's and her interaction with the kids at the end literally almost brought tears to my eyes! This was my daughters 1st time being around other kids (she's the family baby and my only child) and to see her enjoying the maracas, Spanish songs (to celebrate Cinco de Mayo), ABCs, and all the other kid songs was amazing.
