Fit4mom Jacksonville is the perfect workout experience for mamas. You can bring your babies, get in a great workout from a trained fitness instructor (with modifications for every skill level provided) and make amazing mama friends and an opportunity for your kiddos to play and make friends as well ❤️ highly recommend!!

I never imagined pushing my daughter in the stroller let alone running with any stroller but since joining Fit4Mom Jacksonville I’ve been able to run a good distance with her happily seated in her stroller. I love that our kids can also meet other kids and that we always meet at the park. The activities after the classes i.e mothers and Father’s Day craft, moms night out, dadurdays are totally awesome!! So thankful to have joined this group and met all the wonderful mamas. More...
